Pepsi had a strong following in the urban hip hop community. By sponsoring nine mixtape DJs, who were quickly rising to the top of their game, Pepsi hoped to show they understood and supported their customers.

During our Month in the Mix, every day of October gave users an exclusive digital reward in the form of short videos, music and images of the DJs. Nominated for a Webby Award, this site showcased the DJs, their music, and gave a behind-the-scenes look at their personalities.
